We love featuring local makers and Scratch Pasta is a new favorite. Scratch was begun by Chef Stephanie Fees in Lynchburg, Virginia. After years of working as a professional chef in New York City, The Greenbrier in West Virginia, and studying pasta making in Italy, she settled back in her hometown to start a pasta shop bringing fresh, homemade pastas to her hometown.
