We designed this oil in collaboration with our producers in Greece to recreate the flavor of the Mediterranean. Its blend of black pepper, fresh, tart lemon, Greek oregano, and a pinch of roasted onion will transport you. A very versatile flavor profile, it is great drizzled on pasta or pizza, used as a dressing for salads or vegetables, or used as a go-to marinade for seafood and meats.
