These oils are derived from Chemlali and Chetoui olives, the most widely used varieties in Tunisia. The blend (50/50 ratio) produced a smooth, balanced oil with light fruitiness on the palate and a very slight pepperiness on the finish. It is an easy oil to consume and perfect for finishing salads, vegetables, and dips.

The 100% Chetoui is more robust and peppery; a great oil for finishing meats and cheeses.
