Care of Carbon Steel Knives
Carbon blades require some simple loving care. Wash and dry immediately after use to prevent rust. Rub the blade and handle with a little olive oil and store in a safe place. Do not store loose in a drawer with other knives or kitchen utensils. Carbon blades will develop patina over time.
