InBooze® is owned by Ashleigh Evans, a mother of 4, former food blogger and cocktail lover. In 2018, she wanted an easier (and healthier!) way for everyone to enjoy drinks at home. By infusing with simple fruits, spices and herbs, you know exactly what is in your cocktail!
Ashleigh sources as much locally in Michigan as possible, using as many organic ingredients as she can find.
With Ashleigh's help, we chose a selection that we think will make your summer cocktail game rock! Each handmade InBooze™ packet contains one pouch filled with dehydrated fruits, veggies, spices and herbs to infuse your alcohol. The kit infuses enough for 8-10 cocktails...there is a flavor for everyone!
To make a cocktail, just pair your infused alcohol with sparkling water, lemon lime soft drink or even lemonade. Place the infusion bag in a container, try a mason jar, and fill with your favorite alcohol. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 3 days. Remove the infusion pouch and your alcohol is ready to enjoy!
Blackberry Lavender Lemonade: With strawberries, blackberries and blueberries, this infusion has a beautiful pink color. The lavender is present, but not too overpowering...perfect to pair with the lemon. Berry Lavender Lemonade is great with vodka, rum or gin (the BEST G&T!). For a mocktail, infuse in water!
Old Fashioned: One of the original InBooze flavors, the Old Fashioned tastes just like your go-to drink at the bar. With dehydrated oranges, sweet Michigan cherries and a handmade bitters infused sugar cubes, this pairs well with bourbon, whiskey or brandy.
Red Wine Sangria: The Sangria infusions are a little different than the regular alcohol ones. Instead of 2 cups of booze, you add up to 2 bottles of wine for these infusions. Add the packet to a large pitcher and pour wine over. You can allow it to infuse in the refrigerator or on the counter. With the Red Wine Sangria, we suggest a red blend, Pinot or whatever you normally buy.
For an extra kick, try adding some brandy or flavored vodka. Red Sangria pairs well with Blackberry Brandy and Spiced White Sangria is fab with Brandy or Peach Vodka.
To serve, fill a glass ¾ up with Sangria and top with lemon lime soft drink or flavored sparkling water. You can easily add the bubbly to the pitcher, if you have space! Garnish with fresh apples or orange slices.
Citrus Cucumber: This is one refreshing alcohol infusion! The InBooze® Citrus Cucumber infusion is great for vodka or gin...even rum. This drink is light and cooling for those hot summer nights.
Blackberry Gin Smash: Nothing goes better with gin than sweet fruit. Even gin naysayers love this smash! Sweet blackberries are paired with lemon and sugar cubes to make this refreshing drink.
