This luscious balsamic is infused with the rich and sweet-tart flavor of dark cherries. We love this balsamic over berries and ice cream; or as a drizzle over a pungent goat cheese. The best might be a sauce for poultry or pork - saute’ shallot and garlic in butter or olive oil; add the pan juices from roasting your bird or pork. Bring to a low boil and reduce a bit. At the end, at the balsamic and stir over med-high heat for a minute or two.
