This unadorned traditional balsamic vinegar is our top seller year after year. It is simply the taste of barrel-aged grapes -- thick, luscious, and rich. There are few foods that are not enhanced with a drizzle of this elixir but we particularly recommend trying it on strawberries, ripe summer tomatoes, or a very good, nutty cheese. Our vinegars have no additions; just the grapes. They are naturally vegan and gluten-free.
